And in today's video I'm going to talk about why you're probably not ready for Q4.

And here is what you should actually do.

And in today's point of discussion, we're going to talk about like what to do before Q4 starts.

Fix your foundation, write your campaigns now, make sure to warm up your list.

And also we're going to talk about retention before revenue.

So in case you already didn't know it, 50% of your yearly revenue can be earned within Q4, But only if you begin on time.

So if you want to achieve 50% of your yearly income that you want to earn in Q4, make sure to fix your foundation.

So if I'm honest with you, if your systems are broken now, Q4 won't save you.

That's why I would recommend to do these things.

First is, first of all, start with your domain.

Make make sure that your domain is fully verified.

make sure to have a DMARC in place and also like a branded sending domain within Klaviyo.

Then make sure to clean your email marketing list so you eventually don't send any other dead emails to all of your customers.

Make sure to filter out all of the bounces, people that have unsubscribed and also people that have have marked your emails as spam.

And also make sure don't send any campaigns to people that are actually unengaged.

also make sure that you have all of your flows live like appendant, checkout, post, purchase, etc.

And also the fourth is your Emails must be trustworthy, so make sure you're sending out the correct email marketing template.

Of course, start with your main offers like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, early access from your Black Friday offer, etc.

Then of course make your own content calendar and your own strategy.

Start sending emails three to four weeks before your offer.

Make sure to clean your list on a regular basis.

especially in Q4, I would recommend to clean your list like every two weeks and also make sure to warm your list by sending to engaged segments.

So if you're going to start with sending out email marketing campaigns, make sure to warm up your domain by by sending to engage customers.

So start with engage 30 days, 60 days, 90 days and make sure to slowly warm up your account.

And then Also very important one, your offer works 10 times better when people already know your name.

If you're going to start sending out Black Friday offers without ever sending them email marketing campaigns, then you will see that your unsubscribe rate will actually spike.

This will ruin your sending reputation this will of course lead to you landing up in the spam inbox.

So here tip from if you have a cold email list, your emails will land in the spam inbox which will ruin your Q4 and also will ruin your customer journey.

and then of course a fun fact, everybody is chasing the first sale sale in Q4 but the reality, the real money that is in the second one and and even the third one.

Most dropshippers focus only on the first sale while in reality the second order is where the real profit begins because you don't have to spend any additional ad spend for it.

Upsell, emails triggered triggered after the delivery, tracking and support flows that keeps customer calm and out of your inbox.

What of course increases customer satisfactory and of course within retention we can of course send email marketing campaigns to re engage the buyers.

This is very effective especially in Q4 when you're going to launch your Black Friday offers, Cyber Monday offers etc.
