The mistake that I see the most is simply that the email marketing is not optimized of mobile.

So why is this important?

70 to 80% of dropshipping customers check their emails on the phone.

So therefore it really should be optimized for the phone.

Poor mobile layouts leads to fewer clicks and therefore less revenue and therefore less profits.

So here at the screen you can see some examples of a mobile pop up.

So here at the left side you can see like a before.

So as you can see the image is really big on the mobile.

It therefore disrupts the readability so there you can see that the whole experience of the customer is basically ruined.

And the call to action is below the fold here at the right side you can see a pop up that we've made for one of our customers.

As you can see it's clear without any distractions the call to action is very visible and is visible instantly and also good to know is the whole form is visible.

Here at the left side you can see like the scrolling part so the customer can scroll in the pop up where in the right side you can see basically the whole pop up as one and therefore it's very beneficial for the customer because it literally has zero distractions and then mistake two is over.

Designing your emails especially for dropshipping because within dropshipping pretty emails doesn't mean it's profitable.

This might be different if you're a brand but in general if dropshipping less is more and therefore we use the KISS principle.

The kiss principle means keep it simple, stupid.

So what I'm trying to say with that is don't over complicate things.

Keep it to the basic and keep it very streamlined.

Therefore you have less distractions, faster loaded times and higher conversion.

So here at the left side you can see our bandit checkout.

how we implement it for our customers is you can see a high click rate, 21% which is actually really high, less distraction.

So we use very streamlined template.

Therefore we have faster loading times because you compress all of the images, and make sure that there's literally zero distractions.

This eventually leads to a higher conversion rate and therefore more profits for you.

Here at the right side you can see A before basically like a B test that we've implemented for our customer.

You can see the click rate is low, more distractions, slower loading times because the images aren't optimized for efficient loading times.

Therefore you will have lost sales and therefore lower profits.

So here you can see left side streamlined email and at the right side a very over designed email which for dropshipping is completely unnecessary.

and then the last but certainly not the least mistake is too much copy.

Especially with dropshipping you have to keep in mind it's all impulse buyers.

So therefore if you have too much copy you have too much distraction and therefore a lower conversion rate.
