So what happens after someone clicks your ads and why it matters more than you think.

So actually what happens is that most stores will lose a sale after they click.

So why it happens after you spend money on ads, Most stores follow up.

and this is actually where a lot of stores make a mistake.

Customers show interest, but there's simply no reminder and no reason to come back.

So what should you do instead?

You give the customer a reason to come back after they seen your ad.

So why can email marketing boost your roas?

You can recover lost ad spend because most people don't buy right away.

So you can retarget them with effective email marketing automations or even campaigns use abandoned checkouts or browse abandoned to retarget the customer.

So let's say you already paid for the customer.

Now you can basically retarget them for free without having to pay for any other ad click or any other ad spend the second one is you can increase the average order value.

So how can you do that?

You can do that by sending post purchase emails to upsell or cross sell the customer.

So they even buy more items with the initial purchase in the email you can also offer bundle deals.

And it's actually very easy to win back the customer because they already made a purchase, they already trust you.

so therefore it's quite easy to let them make another purchase because you already paid for the customer, of course.

So here at the left side you can see some statistics of like a post purchase upsell that we created for one of our customers.

And they can already see it's basically free revenue because the customer already made a purchase.

And and right now the only thing that we're doing is retargeting this customer.

We're sending effective emails at the right time with the correct offer.

And then there in the bottom you can see another statistic.

It's €17,500 extra generated in just 30 days without any additional ad spend.

So, and then the real question is what's the real cost of not using email and why doing nothing actually cost you more in the long run and how to prevent this?
