and also what I see a lot is bad email designs.

Make sure to have these four in place and also make sure to send the emails through Klaviyo and not through Parserpanel.

And also the customization within Klaviyo is also a lot better.

And also a very important one is you can notify your customers about certain parcel delays, So in these emails you can basically say to your customer like, hey, I'm sorry, your parcel has some delay.

The expected delivery date will be in like five to 10 days.

And also here at the right side you can see an example of our parcel panel email.

and in this email you can basically have a very nice overview of what the customer purchases.
