The Today I'm going to show you the differences between the flows and campaigns and when to exactly start with it.

First of all we're going to start what are flows?

Afterwards I'm going to tell you a bit about what are campaigns, what are the benefits and when should you start with flows or campaigns?

So what are flows, what are automations?

Basically flows and automations are the exact same term.

So here, what are flows and what are automations and what are the results?

Email marketing automations are designed to automatically send emails to your customers based on specific triggers to increase conversion but also to improve the relationships.

Let's say the welcome series is there to increase the list size and also to increase conversions.

What can you do with increasing the list size?

If you increase your list size then you have like a big list and to that big list you can basically send like a whole email marketing campaign to that list to even get more revenue.

The abandoned checkout is there of course to increase the conversions to eventually retarget to customers, sometimes with a small discount.

And then we have the post purchase upsell, which which is another example of a very effective email marketing automation.

Post purchase upsell is there to retarget the customers right after they've made a purchase to eventually also increase the conversion to gather even more profits on Autopilot.

then you ask what are the results Here it's an automated system for even more revenue and profits.

So here at the right side you can see two examples of email marketing campaign.

these are a few examples of branded email campaigns which we create for our branded customers.

so then the question you might have is how can I grow this list?

You can grow this list very effectively by having a popup active on your store.

Or you can also retarget customers that already made a purchase in the past.

So one of the benefits is that you can retarget your list because, because you're already paying for Klaviyo subscription fees.

So then you can better make use out of your whole Klaviyo account.

another benefit is that it's very easy to convert your leads into buyers because let's say someone left their email at the popup but eventually didn't buy.

Then we can later on retarget those leads into buyers by sending them targeted email marketing campaigns.

And then another one is you can send your customer updates.

So, so let's say you have a sale going on or you have a collection that you want to highlight, then it's a very effective way to send your customer updates through those email marketing campaigns.

So for a lot of people it's actually a big game changer.

Email marketing automations, it improved the customer experience, therefore lower dispute rates, it increases the conversion rates even on autopilot, and it also improves the communication with your customers, which of course builds more trust.

So then the most important question you might have is when should I start with it?

At the left side we can see the flows.

The flows are already interesting from 10 to 20k a month because you can already see at the bottom result, you can already receive 15 to 25% additional revenue with automated email.

Even if you have like a small web shop doing 40k a month there at the bottom you can see this webshop is doing 40k a month and almost 20% comes out of email marketing.

So therefore we can Already see that these flows are very effective even at the smaller scale.

With email marketing campaigns, we always set the threshold at having at least 4,000 active profiles.

Otherwise you have too small of a list and it won't be profitable for you.
